If you are signed in via a desktop or laptop click, 'Subscriptions' on the left-hand side and your active subscription(s) will appear. If you are signing in via a mobile device, tap the drop-down box displaying 'Order History' and then 'Subscriptions' once logged in. Simply click 'Manage Subscription' via the product you'd like to modify or click 'Add Subscription' to subscribe to more Native products!

Yes, our scented products do include fragrance. We use the term fragrance for proprietary reasons. Our goal is to deliver amazing fragrance experiences with perfumes that abide by our high quality & safety standards. To make our unique scents we use a blend of essential oils, synthetic oils, and natural extracts. All of our products are phthalate-free and paraben-free, and we abide by the International Fragrance Regulatory Association (IFRA) guidelines to ensure the safety of our formulations.
None of the ingredients used in our products are sourced from animals or animal byproducts. Our products are also made without animal testing - only humans who willingly volunteer!

Ingredients
We use caprylic/capric triglyceride, tapioca starch, ozokerite, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), magnesium hydroxide, coconut oil, cyclodextrin, shea butter, dextrose, and L. Acidophilus (probiotic). Our scented deodorants include a proprietary blend of oils. Due to FDA recommendations, we use the term fragrance to refer to these oils.

We use Zinc Oxide, Sunflower Seed Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Coconut Alkanes, Glycerin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Coco-Glucoside, Arachidyl Alcohol, Behenyl Alcohol, Arachidyl Glucoside, Polyhydroxystearic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol, Xanthan Gum, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Vitamine E, Avocado Oil (Face Sunscreen only), and Water.

We offer UPS 2 Day Shipping within the United States for $15, regardless of the size of your order. This allows for you to receive your package 2 business days after it is shipped. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that if you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, or a U.S. Territory, expedited shipping may take additional time but will be faster than our free shipping method.
Yes! Exchanges are available on your first order from Native for 30 days after you receive your package. If you are interested in exchanging your deodorant, send a note to support@nativecos.com.
Please note that exchanging your deodorant will void the return policy. In addition, we're not able to accept exchanges for mini and travel size products.

We're so thankful for all the support we've received from customers in the EU & UK. However, shipping across the pond hasn't always been easy and we want to do the work to make this better. Deodorant
Our deodorant is known for its effective odor protection. We use ingredients, like baking soda, to neutralize odor causing bacteria so you don’t need to worry about any unpleasant smells by the end of the day.
It can take your body up to two weeks to adjust to Native. That being said, most people are able to make the switch instantly and successfully!
Yes! If other natural deodorants have irritated you in the past, we recommend you try our baking soda free sensitive option, labeled “Sensitive Deodorant”.
There are no rules to when you should apply your deodorant. If you are new to Native, we recommend evenly applying 2-3 swipes to clean, towel dried pits. This makes after a shower - or bubble bath - ideal timing.
After using Native for two weeks, your armpits will be purged of the aluminum and chemicals that were left over from your old deodorant. Since Native deodorant is made with ingredients your armpits will feel smoother and odors will be neutralized.
Our deodorant provides all day odor protection!
Our deodorants have a shelf life of two years. Until you use them, we recommend you store your deodorants in a cool, dry place :)

Our ingredients allow our deodorant to withstand temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. We know that summer temperatures can go well past that so if you are concerned about the texture of your deodorant please feel free to reach out to us!

Sensitive Deodorant Stick
Sensitive scents like Cotton & Lily are formulated with Magnesium Oxide instead of baking soda. They are formulated specifically for those who experience sensitivity to our classic formula.
No, our Sensitive Deodorant Sticks do not include baking soda, as we want to provide an option for those who are sensitive to baking soda. Instead, we added magnesium oxide, which offers excellent odor protection. This will keep you smelling even fresher in those potentially smelly situations!
The pH range is 8-11.
Our Sensitive Deodorant Stick was designed specifically to be applied to the underarm to help fight odor and wetness. Our Whole Body Deodorant Spray was designed to fight odor in multiple places such as your underarms, chest, underboob, privates, thighs, and feet.
Plastic Free
Our packaging is 100% paperboard and printed with soy based inks.
We're so glad you asked! Plastic Free deodorant was inspired by and made for you. We heard from so many of our customers that they were looking to reduce their consumption of plastic.. Did you know switching Native Plastic Free from our classic deodorant will help reduce plastic waste by up to 169 tons each year! Our packaging is 100% paperboard and printed with soy based inks. It's also available in our most popular scents.
The application of our Plastic Free Deodorant is a little different than our classic deodorant. These directions below should help!
i. Use a finger to slightly push up the deodorant from the bottom.
ii. Keep your finger in place inside the tube and apply under the arms.
iii. When you are done, gently tap the deodorant twice on the counter for it to slide back into the tube.
Yes! The formulas used in our plastic free packaging is the same formula we use for our regular deodorants in plastic packaging.
We do offer our sensitive formula in plastic free packaging and you can check those options out HERE! We do not off our Whole Body Deodorant formula in our plastic free packaging at this time.
While our plastic free packaging does not meet all degradable standards, we would recommend checking in with your local waste agency to verify which materials are accepted in municipal compost bins.
Our plastic free deodorant has been a HUGE hit since launch, and we hope to be able to offer more plastic free options in the future!

On top of the wonderful scents, Native’s hair care products are thoughtfully made with clean ingredients. Native’s hair care products are free of sulfated surfactants, parabens, silicone, and dye, and are vegan and cruelty-free.
No, they do not.
We haven’t had any child or baby volunteer testers for our hair care products, so we recommend you consult with your pediatrician just to be safe! Also something to note, Native’s shampoos and conditioners are not tear free!
Yes, Native’s shampoo and conditioner are safe to use on color-treated hair. As with all new hair care products, it is a good idea to test out the products on a small section of your hair to ensure you like the experience & styled look.
No, they do not.
Though the product is not specifically formulated for sensitive scalps, we feel confident that those with sensitive scalps can use and enjoy these products! If you’re worried, we recommend that you try out a small amount of the product on the under-side of your hair first to see if you have any adverse reaction.
No, we don’t recommend this because the pH of animal skin is different from human skin - fun fact! And we’ve only tested our hair care products on human volunteers!
Our hair care products are made without dyes, sulfates, parabens, microbeads, and Polyethylene, but are not currently biodegradable. This is something we are working on!
Yes, they can! Based upon feedback from our human volunteers, we recommend Almond & Shea Butter (Strengthening) or Coconut & Vanilla (Moisturizing).
Our hair care products have a shelf life of two years!
Sunscreen
The FDA regulates sunscreen as an over-the-counter drug. Isn’t that interesting? If you want to get nerdy about it: Currently 16 UV filters are listed as approved actives, 14 are organic filters commonly referred to as chemical filters, and 2 are inorganic filters commonly referred to as physical or mineral filters. A mineral sunscreen includes one or both of those two inorganic filters, zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. All UV actives absorb UV rays, but mineral UV actives like Zinc oxide also scatter (reflect) UV rays. This means that mineral UV actives protect you in two ways, like a jacket that is both thick and wind breaking. You’re literally shining, as you should!
Native recommends using water resistant sunscreen when swimming or sweating. We are in the process of ensuring that our sunscreens deliver water resistance up to 80 minutes.
While you can apply both version of our sunscreen to your body & face, our face sunscreen was designed to be invisible under make-up & volunteer-testing helped confirm that. We also added a moisturizer, avocado oil, intended to condition your beautiful skin without any negatives. Finally, we packaged it in a unique tube & pump for easy, mess-free use (only 2-3 pumps needed at a time.)
We recommend 2-3 pumps of sunscreen for the face. For most adults we recommend about 1 ounce - or enough to fill a shot glass - to fully cover your body. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours.
The SPF of Native sunscreen is 30 :)
Yes! The broad-spectrum claim on the package indicates that our product protects against UVA & UVB rays.

We haven’t had any child or baby volunteer testers for our sunscreen products, so we recommend you consult with your pediatrician just to be safe!
No application trade-offs! The Native mineral sunscreen is easier to rub in, many other mineral sunscreens are thick, tacky, and very difficult to rub in. Craftsmanship: a water-based blend of hand selected Zinc Oxide active, moisturizers, stabilizers, and Native fragrances.
Our sunscreen has an 18-month shelf life and the expiration date can be found in the crimp at the top of the tube. Our sunscreen tubes should not be exposed to direct sunlight, it is best to keep them in the shade or wrapped in a towel while outside for extended periods of time.
Deodorant & Body Spray
Our Deodorant & Body Spray was designed as an all-day underarm deodorant that doubles as a fragrance body spray, whereas our Whole Body Deodorant Spray was designed to fight odor in multiple places such as your underarms, chest, underboob, privates, thighs, and feet.
We are limited to ground shipping only due to restrictions on shipping aerosol spray cans via air. We hope to find a solution to this in the future so that more folks can enjoy our Spray Deodorant :) In the meantime, we hope that you will still use products like our regular deodorant, body wash, shampoo, and more!
Our Deodorant & Body Sprays use nitrogen as a propellant. The great thing about nitrogen, a natural ozone-friendly propellant, is that it comes from the air! No hydrofluorocarbons here.
We often see users choosing Native sensitive deodorant sticks if they have a perceived baking soda sensitivity. Similarly, Native sprays do not contain baking soda. However, the product does contain ethanol, which can sometimes cause short-term irritation for consumers who have just shaved. Do not use on broken skin. If rash or irritation develops discontinue use. Avoid spraying in eyes.
Regular Body Wash
Our body wash was designed for and tested on the body. Native body wash is specially formulated for use on your body - with a pH that matches your skin :)
We don’t recommend this. The pH of animal skin is different from human skin and this product was formulated with human skin in mind.
While our 36 oz bottles of body wash are not available on Nativecos.com, you can find them in select retail stores.
For best results, we recommend using our regular body wash scents within two years of production and our seasonal scents within one year of production.
Our body wash is not considered a scrub; however, our body wash contains a high level of cleanser that technical experts believe offers gentle exfoliation.
Our body wash was not formulated with anti-bacterial ingredients; however, our body wash does remove dirt and bacteria from your body while leaving your skin feeling soft and hydrated.
Moisturizing Body Wash
While our regular body wash does an excellent job keeping you fresh & clean with crave-able scents, we specifically designed our Moisturizing Body Wash with real shea butter to deliver 4x the moisturizers on your skin compared to leading moisturizing body wash. Our Moisturizing Body Wash will leave your skin feeling healthy, smooth, and hydrated for 24- hours! Like our regular body wash, it is free of sulfates, parabens, petrolatum, and dyes.
Our Moisturizing Body Wash is made with real shea butter for a creamy consistency with 4X the moisturizers on the skin! The lathering experience is much creamier than a foam. If you’re looking for a foamy lather, we would recommend checking out our Regular Body Wash!
The ph range is 5.0-5.5
For best results, we recommend using our moisturizing body wash scents within two years of production.
Skin
We understand that everyone's skin care routine & goals vary, so we have multiple options :) We’ve organized our skin care products into 3 collections based on commonly desired facial skincare benefits - Moisturizing, Brightening, and Sensitive. If you want to mix between the 3 different lines, that's okay! After deciding which benefit you have in mind, it's time to find which Native products will help simplify your routine. We offer two products per category, a Cleanser, gentle enough for everyday use that removes dirt, oil, and impurities while leaving your skin feeling soft & smooth, and our Moisturizer, made with niacinamide for happy hydrated skin.
We have designed a facial cleanser and facial lotion specifically for those with sensitive skin and you can find those HERE! Both products are fragrance-free and made with soothing aloe & Vitamin B3 (niacinamide), gentle enough for everyday use!
Only our Citrus & Bergamot Facial Cleanser and Coconut & Vanilla Facial Cleanser include fragrances, all our other skincare products are fragrance free!
Vitamin B3’s scientific name is niacinamide and it will help with surface cell regeneration as well as help your skin retain moisture.
Our products were designed for multiple skin types- normal, mostly oily, mostly dry, and combination skin. We also have a line for those with sensitive skin as well!
